Morpheus Anesthesia, Inc. (MAI) was born with the combination of the individual anesthesiologists at Stanislaus Surgical Hospital with those of Stockton Anesthesia Medical Group.

    The Stockton Division is a group of 17 full-time and 4 part-time anesthesiologists. Since 1954, Stockton Anesthesia Medical Group provided a full range of anesthesia and pain management services at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California. Stockton Anesthesia had decades of experience providing outpatient care at the Plastic Surgery Center of Stockton, Ambulatory Surgery Center of Stockton, and Central Valley Eye Surgery Center.

    The Modesto Division is headquartered at Stanislaus Surgical Hospital, a 23 bed facility that specializes in Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Podiatry, Dental, Plastic and General Surgery,

    Our anesthesiologists are either board certified in anesthesiology, or in the process of certification. The physicians of Morpheus Anesthesia, Inc. have a range of sub-specialty fellowship training and board certifications including pain management, and cardio-thoracic anesthesia.
